White and gold or blue and black??
I only saw white and gold and now all I can see is blue and black and I have no idea why my eyes are suddenly deceiving me |

Black and blue. From what I've gathered asking friends it seems those who need glasses see different colours to black and blue even though those are the actual colours. |

I saw a pic of the dress in the online shop aswell as the pic that's causing the controversy; it's clearly blue and black and is being sold as blue and black |

Regardless of what the colour looks like in real world, the photo captured a brown colour. Its no where near black on the colour scale. Photoshop does not lie about the colour of pixels.
If you see black,your monitor is wrong, or eyes are broke. |

Have you the link to buy the dress?
Saw the dress in a pic where the person is wearing it and it was def blue and black. But the colour keeps changing for me-what's wrong with my eyes?!!! |

it's defo blue and Black looked on laptop ipad and phone and saw it on my TV earlier so no settings need changing at all.

First colour is "Ship Cove" in the blue hue, hex 7E89A9
Second is "Yellow Metal" in the Yellow hue, dark down near the browns, hex 7F6E43

Black is 000000 the absence of colour, it is no where near black. |

I see blue and black too. I think the dress actually *is* blue and black although they're going to produce it im white and gold. Why hasn't anyone commented on how ugly the actual dress is though... |

The dress was designed by Roman Originals and it is currently available on their website in the BLUE AND BLACK, white and black, red and black, and pink and black. Sorry to anyone who saw it as white and gold! |

It's an 'off white' shade (possibly ivory) and a brownish gold in bad light. The brain is a funny thing, to think that some see it in blue and black 
And yes it's a horrible dress, I'd never wear it it'd be terribly unflattering   |

It's fucking white & gold!!! Lol & yes I have seen the proper picture of the blue & black dress but I am convinced these r pictures of 2 different dresses! Lol if not then I'm baffled  x |

they had this on the news earlier. It's nothing to do with broken moniters or bad eyesight, or even if you're male or female. Just unique lighting and the different way people see things.... Or more to the point how the brain processes the information our eyes give it |
