I think its how many times your photo is fabbed in 12 hrs well say if u had a photo that was fabbed 20 times in 12 hrs.. ud be on the hot photos but after the 12hrs you might only get 10 fabs and it mitened be enuf to get u in the list again it's happened me loads of times
