While that poor lady deserves justice - is there anyone on here worried they may be called upon to give evidence sometime in court as a result of a meeting someone.
Its not something you really factor in this game.

It's hard to comment on an ongoing legal case.
All I can say is, when someone from a well off area gets plastered all over the papers and vilified, they usually don't go to jail. That s their punishment. It's when you hear noting about the case that you know they are going to jail for sure. |

You could say that about anyone you meet though, even on a night out.
Something might happen and you might have to give evidence as to your actions. |

While I wouldn't like my personal life all over the media, I've nothing to hide so giving evidence wouldn't be a problem. Fingers crossed it never happens though. |

In fairness - giving evidence about something you saw on a night out is one thing - but having your history about someone you met on here given out in court is on an other level - a live changing event for many people I would have thought.
Still though in the interests of justice - probably necessary. |
