So 'revenge porn' is now illegal in England and Wales, and carries a custodial sentence if the perpetrator found guilty, will it stop pic stealing, and will the authorities bring it in Ireland, and up north |

I thought it was more or less illegal here, but under copyright/theft type laws.
I know of a case locally where a man posted photos of his x online and up the steps he went. He didnt come down them again. |

Yeah, can be complex, but this law tidied up the fact that it doesn't matter who owns it, if it appears online without mutual consent, its now illegal |

Well, think the law needs changed here as well, mind you, they can argue over what shade grey the kerbstones are up north, so I'm not holding my breath! |
