If you let your body adjust to cold your brown fat levels go up and you feel cold less.

Brown fat will burn to keep you warm, and lets you burn sugar as a heat source.

People who feel cold in Ireland usually feel cold because their house/office is to warm or they wore too warm clothes, or they dont have the ability to deal with cold etc.

My advice is to just man up, its not cold, its brisk.

I'll go with brisk although at 6.30am in the morn when I am on my way to Dublin I may regret it

They are working on ways to activate brown fat with a pill, for now sleeping naked in a colder area will work.

Once you have brown fat you can burn all other fat in your body easier. You can burn it just sitting still.
