Eating a bowl of fkn 'oats to go'...
i cant think of anything worse to put in my mouth at this time of the fkn morning! but they tell me its good for me!! jesus.. boke material !!!

Bacon & Egg muffin with a drop of ketchup(was), strong black coffee.
Porridge as well usually OP but hubs got busy in the kitchen earlier & it would have been rude not to. |

40/40/20 carbs protein fats
Today natural honey on whole wheat toast with poached mackerl ...multi vits pint water ...same numbers for every meal throughout the day varying the foods.......btw wanna lose few inches on d hips...... eat...... starving holds water and retains vfuture meals for emergencies |
