Would you refuse too meet someone if they had met someone else you dislike.

also would you meet them if they had a vertification by that person you dislike

Nope wouldn't bother me, if you did it feel like that person can ruin your fun on site.

Not if they met someone I dislike but certainly if they played with someone who is known to play hazardously such as barebacking and other unsafe sexual practices

In every forms of life the people that you want to meet with and if you want to friend them is between you guys. If that other person also knows or is friendly with someone else that you do not like that should have nothing to do with the current arrangement you have.

You make out of like what you want, tolerance is a virtue.
