But I do also see many jump on the word fat like it's a sin or we should give some sort of fucking prize for being fat,
If it's preference then fine but don't get all delicate like if someone touched a nerve! You don't see the skinny women or men or good shape people having a fucking crusade cause they are the way they are, if you are unhappy change it stop fucking whining it's your fault and you control your life no one else  |

A good friend of mine had to get rid of a few stone,he joined a gym.
A few weeks later I asked how he was getting on?
He said the new gym is great am using all the machines but the best machine of all has Mars bars snickers ect... 
Fair play to him, has lost a heap of weight and mostly due to being educated on diet and not to do radical diets. |

It doesn't make a different what size people are everyone is unique and everyone has their preferences .... But there should be no room for judgemental folk.. If someone's not your type move on it may well be that you infact are not there preference either ... But putting people in boxes and labelling them should be left in the dark ages where it belongs... We are all different thus the beauty of being human... We are never going to like everyone it's just not possible |

that would make them stupid women not skinny ??? Why would someone's opinion on this site make anyone want to change their appearance? Do you actually think there are women so insecure here that they would try over eat ? I know I'm overweight but reading over and over about people going to the gym doesn't make me want to rush out and get gym membership...
