I thought admin removed posts, banned people etc when they became abusive etc. Personally I valué the fact that people can exercise their own opinions. Be a bit boring if we all agreed. I understand, so it would just restrict your own view rather than others. Don't see an ethical issue there; might make posts hard to follow and if people used "reply and quote" it may still show unwanted posts but as an idea I can see merit.
I would like a button where I could expunge the rubbish I wrote the night before! |

Unlike chat where the screen rolls and the post is gone sometimes in a matter of seconds, the fourms can be used as an insight into a persons personality not only by fourm users but also the lurkers. |

Do u really think blocking people on a forum is the way to go the forum police will be ou in droves and it will lead to some bullying on here esp when that person is blocked for no reason and cant defend themselves.I wish people would stop complaining about the state of the forums and put a little bit of input in if they think it would improve the situation. |
