I have a friend who had hers done and they look fantastic, really natural looking. I don't think I'd have surgery , but I'm dreading a time when my nipples point to the floor. |

Don't worry, I'll happily lie on your floor to see them, if that's any consolation? |

I'm touched by your thoughtfulness. |

"About 10years"
So you then need another operation to replace them for another decade ad finitum, or you have them removed & what?, they must look like empty sacks. |

Average guarantee is ten years the implant itself doesn't change over time but your appearance may as would any woman's boob appreance. It would be recommended to have them lifted after ten years but not required the consultant who I dealt with had hers for 20 years and was only considering an uplift. I think in reality the ten year life span applies to those with larger implants that would notice a major appearance change over the course of ten years due to gravity ext. Please not I am not a professional but have spoken to many and this is the conclusion I walked away with. |

" i agree with mrs em, mine are done 11 years now and I prefer them now to when they were first done as they are softer and lower and more natural looking now, after children they change as any breasts do but I'm still happy with mine.. |

Longer than real ones so !
For me - real ones are far nicer to play with. Fakes can are less "squeezy ". Maybe there are better fakes out there - I haven't come across them ( pun intended !) |

hate them, any man that has been with women, will know the difference, and no matter how much a woman says they are soft, lol.hard lumps that look out of proportion, there is no way they are better than real boobs, not into any fake surgery ,if you dont like what you have, something not quiet right with you.and i have been with a couple of women who lost the sensation in the nipple???really,is that what anybody wants???? |

Oh God I dunno bout loss of nipple sensation!! Mine have drastically increased in sensitivity!!! And when in the company of naturally blessed ladies we do a feel test as you do and I still feel my fake ones are just as yummy as the real ones!! It may be a case of extremes some girls unfortunately don't have the correct guidance when choosing implants and end up with "fake" boob jobs the object of breast augmentation is to have results that look and feel as natural as possible. |

I would love a pair of fake boobies in one sense....In another maybe it's just best to stick with my itty bitties...Some of those botched surgery shows would really turn me off. maybe in a few years time... |

its funny that guys say the prefer one type over another. if getting your cock enlarged from 7" to 14 " was a easy to do as boob jobs there would be a cue a mile lone outside the surgery |

Some fake ones look great, others look ridiculous.
what people do with their bodies is up to them. Personally, I'd be too worried about the risk factors coming with any major operation.

The ones I've come across look too fake but I'm sure there are some which look real. The most falseness I'd consider would be to get them lifted when I'm older. |
