Ehhh well a little education on the matter would not go a miss!
So first your ISP could have their main server on the giving location, that doesn't mean you were there!
Especially on mobile phone networks ie O2 something it would show as Dublin
If you are worried change your password |

I've seen this before....it's App related....FB works away in the background. How else do you think advertising from sites you have browsed 5 mins ago appear on it? Highly unlikely it was actually a login, in the terms you are thinking of. Could be the App servers are located there. Don't panic |

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This right here would be the most obvious explaination, except that Lolita mentioned a server as far away as Spain, thats not very typical for a server to be based outside the mainlands...
You should certainly change passwords just to be on the safe side.
If you are worried change your password "

Don't worry about it. The methods used to locate the person who is logging in to a website is flaky. It was never originally intended that an IP address could be tracked to a physical location, and as a result it goes wrong sometimes. Websites will sometimes think we are in Dublin when we are in Cork. It all depends upon how the traffic is routed.
If you are really worried then change your Facebook password, simples! |

You can deactivate your account no problem.
To delete it permanently you have to make a request to do so. It takes 90 days from then for all your info, pics etc to be deleted. Although it takes 90 days, no one who you had encountered on facebook, friends etc can see anything you had posted or your profile and you're removed from all searches. x |

And for 90 days they send you Mrs.Doyle emails but then it ends & you're free. |

It all depends on where your Broadband provider is based!! Mine is based in Dublin, so all my sessions are in Dublin. Having other countries on mine would baffle me as I haven't been abroad in years!! Any sessions that are active in Ireland are probably active if you logged into your FB and didn't log out in a different county - say, if you were at a wedding up the country and signed into FB and didn't sign out. |
