Don't ask why, old ganster rap and early hip hop work for me in the gym, what works for you? And what's your 'pump a few extra' song

I don't go the gym but I power walk everyday and I like to listen to cream dance as it helps you to keep at a rhythm when doing it

I tend to listen to Foo Fighters, Muse and Fallout Boy when training....

High tempo and 'Rocking' tunes help with motivation and drive

That they do my sound track is arranged that it low beat at first but than gets faster as I warm up,

my daughter goes to the gym and has downloaded the rocky tune on her iPhone and listens to it; got talking to a girl in the gym and she using the same too.

It's the first Slipknot album for me - the heavier and faster the better! I'd not listened to it since being an angsty teenager before I started going to the gym

Do you do the squat or press up challenge with it lol the squat one is insane when you do it with barbell and weight on it lol

Do both I do the squat with 60kg , do tough but worth it

Same here tried it with 80kg first time I tried it got down ok but didnt get back up lol

Yeah did the same so dropped down to 60kg hopefully work my way up.

Try it every leg day I can barely walk the rest of the week after it haha
