staying in as i am not long in from the gym and il probley do some online shopping for the evening thats my plan so not alot happening here |

Open a gym in the new year with a bar at the side...then by 14th jan u can send the gym equipment back and claim its faulty and hey presto...bars full!!! |

It's the ones coming in for the summer bodies in May are more annoying. Starving themselves and going like 90 for 2 hours in there.
I do miss my old gym that had bunny boxing and pole dancing on and glass wall |

You know any pilates or yoga? Heat and then ice in a towel every 20mins interval.Great for bad back!!
I got sick of painkillers (7 keyhole procedures on spine). Neurofen express, pilates and back strengthening gave me first full year not in hospital |

I was carrying heavy shopping and the next day the spasms started. I've had those before but nothing like this. Using a heat pack and doc put me on vallium as well. Thanks for the advice  |

Suffered for years with recurring back pain ...acupuncture was the only thing that really helped give it a go |

Just after shower. Productive day today. Lunchtime meet to ease the stress but then went back to the office for more paper work. .
Only solution is to organise a late night meet. . Hence the shower. . Now. . Just a little patience |

You need to go to the doctor, it might be sciatica, if it is I feel sorry for you, I had it a few years ago & it's wicked sore...   I think I could have a touch of that as pain going up my leg as well. I'm totaly miserable til I see the doc on Monday. "
All I can suggest to you is to exercise it a bit, go for a walk around, even if it's just around the house, it'll be more comfortable than sitting down or lying down... Aww you poor thing... |

Yea was walking around the house as well. Have one of those lavender bean bag things I put in the microwave. So have that on now. Im just worried about that damage to the muscle. Got 2jabs off the doc. Off to bed now and thanks again for the advice. No fun til I'm better and have a special man on Tuesday! Night all. |
