I just did my back in again. Can't sit up,can't lie down, nothing is comfortable and I couldn't even make it down the stairs. Anyone got any home remedies? |

Is it muscular or skeletal? Go & see a doctor if you want pain relief or a physiotherapist/chiropractor if you want to get to the bottom (pardon the pun) of the problem. |

It's muscular, I hurt it year's ago . And every now and again it starts to hurt . Started today after i coughed It usually lasts about a week and then I am good. Just need to be right for Thursday. |

Yeah 8 weeks,torture,what can I say when I do something I do it proper !!
Two tips I got from my physio and I felt the relief straight away,push down on your feet when trying to stand and breath right into your stomach !! |

If it is muscular pain
Try getting a hot water bottle(wrapped in a tea towel if its roasting) put that against your back, the heat should help ease it
Rub some Tiger balm on it( its the bollocks..its a bit like deep heat only better/smells nicer too). I use it all the time and it def works

Thanks dude , I made an appointment for the doc , if nothing else he will give me an injection and i will be pain free for awhile . |

I feel your pain as had a totally fecked up back for months on end a few yrs back. Couldn't walk properly (well could at a 45 degree angle lol ) or sleep as had terrible pain right down to my ankle. Trief doctors, physios etc but no joy.
Went for an mri scan and it showed id two bulging discs so was told only cure was to have the discs shaved. Anyway was advised by a cpl from here to try the "butcher of rathkeale" in Limerick, so thinking id nothing to lose off I went, 5 mins with him and €10 donation I walked out no bother and have been fine since. It was like going to Lourdes lol |

He doesn't have a number and doesn't work by appointments. You just call to the house. (Next to gaa field in rathkeale) and wait in the kitchen to be called. He works mon wed and fri from 6-9 ish pm. |
