The juice detox will kick start ur diet but unless u address ur diet and exercise u really shouldnt bother. Nothing worthwhile is easy, so I'd suggest signing up to a class locally at the very least. Turn ur exercise into a social event and that should make it more enjoyable and easier to commit to. Best of luck barney. Oh and yes the green juice comes out exactly as it goes in can be pretty gross lol |

A three day juice detox is a fantastic way to renew and kick the first few pounds
Stay away from meal replacement ones and just do a veg juice .. You can add fruit but only 20% .. Mainly to make it more palatable
There is a juicer for less than €50 in Argos and it's really reaaly good
Beetroot , carrot and apple ... Yummy !
And you will have pink pee !! Oh the fun ! |

Juicing is a fantastic way to cleanse your body and detox. It also feeds your body right down to a cellular level, with all the nutrients and minerals that your body actually requires. The longer you detox the more you change your body from burning sugar to burning fats.
There are good books to read on the subject. Look out for Joe Cross and Jason Vale.
Also worth watching are documentaries like Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, Super Juice Me and Food Matters..
I recommend it. I'm actually starting a 28 day juicing plan on Monday. Can't wait. |
