This year I have decided to do an overhaul of my life, my health, my body, my attitude and my home. What would you like for the new year

Lots of changes. .. All more positive. .. Maybe do the things I always think about but never do. Going to try a break/holiday alone if I'm brave enough. ... Maybe volunteer to do some work with big cats.... world is my oyster

Lost my husband tragically a few months ago, showed me just how quick our lives can be taken away from us, so for 2015 I'm going to live everyday to its fullest and enjoy my time here on our little planet ,

Was in same position last year, hit the gym and have lost over 4 stone, so with the right attitude it can b done, best if luck for the year ahead

I need to do that too, I bought a bike so I have no excuse to exercise but xmas took over and it made me lazy but will get back into come the weekend!

I've lost 3 stone in the last 3 weeks so I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight but I've another few to lose so concentrating on that next year. Have to earn that "milf" badge

I want to keep doing what I'm doing plus breaking with my bad habit habit : smoking. And I want to hit the gym, cycle,swim and run more and want to start writing down all my creative ideas that float around in my head and SInG!!!
