Christmas is upon us and that means stuffing our faces. I am staying in belfast for a while and would like to know if anybody has a suggestion of a good gym to join.
Must have both free weights and cardio equipment - shower facilities are a plus.

Depends where in Belfast you live and whether you commute / what time you want to work out. Most working people need a gym either near their work or on their way home, otherwise they find excuses not to go.
PEC at queens is one of my faves. |
