To be honest the OP could be referring to two things... either someone generally running a party with an 'Eyes Wide Shut' theme (masked all party-long, see the Kubrick film of the same name) OR they could be referring to the Eyes Wide Shut group from London who ran a two day party in the SW of Ireland about five years ago.
