Id like to give up but found the vapes to make me antsy as hell. The pills had a bad reaction to me as well. Foul temper when I was on them. Cold turkey is definitely out. I admire anyone who has managed to give them up. |

I'm off them 9 months now, I used the vapor for first three months then gave that up. Will never smoke again, the smell repulses me, can't meet anyone who smokes now either cos I find it such a turn off |

strange how we don't notice the smell on ourselves until we stop. Now i have to shower and wash my clothes after walking down the street past all the addicts!
btw, the addiction is purely psychological. Despite what you may have been told, there are no physically addictive ingredients in tobacco. Just ones that kill you. |

I had a guy working for me a few years back who decided to try patches and gum. He ended up with a patch on his arm, a gum in his mouth, and he still had to stop for a smoke every half hour! He then discovered the electronic cigarettes and added another dose of nicotine to his system. It was completely mad! |

I'm off them two months. I used the vaper for 3 weeks but started to get a sore throat and a cough so that's out for good and now I feel so much healthier. Still get the odd urge but I haven't given in so far, even on a night out.
Well done!! |
