Seeing as I know there are a lot of music lovers on here and today being the day it is.....
John Lennon - 34 years
Dimebag Darrell - 10 years
Two completely different music genres and men but two musical geniuses nonetheless.
Both taken by others far before their time was up

Dimebag was and will always be the man. One of the finest guitarists of his generation. Such a talent. I feel his loss still when I listen to pantera, and I listen often. I actually got angry when I learned of his death. We were robbed of his talent and huge personality.
For those who wouldn't like to listen to metal, go onto YouTube and listen to panteras version of black sabbaths planet caravan....and check out that guitar solo at the end.
