Im thinking of starting up a bit of jogging for groups in the phenix park.i run 10km there every day and was wondering if any people would like to get together at the zoo gates and go for a jog.we can start off short jogs and build it up to 10kms eventually.i know i can run it but would like to be able to help others build up theyre fitness |

If I was closer id join u currently at 5k and building on it lost 2.5 stone this ur thanks to running and have recently joined a gym recommend runnibg to anyone any age any fitness level!!! |

Keep her lit well done on your weight loss.start entering 5km road races and fun runs in your local area keep the interest going.stretch well before and afterwards. |

It will improve your stamina in the bed and your fitness will help you last longer at it also as like anything if your not fit you wont keep up with the pace |

I cycle from time to time myself but ya have to cycle for longer to get the benifits like running and i was also walking like john wayne anytime i go toff the bike with allot of pain in my legs and lower back nevermind my arse having felt like frans in love hate |
