I need some hugs & Kisses!!!

I had my first fall off my bicycle today.... I scraped my right knee, scraped the top of my thigh on my right side....it's a little bit swollen....I also sprained my right shoulder a little bit..... 
I know, I know, it could have been much worse but at the time, I could have done with a big hug!!  |

Id be more worried about who saw a grown woman fall off her bike id have got back in the saddle and peddled as fast as i could away "
haha ha!! There were a group of guys doing work on the park, they saw it all...I was mortified!! lol! In fairness, the road was very slippery and that's why I fell....  |

I got a fright! I was coming around a bend and it was slippy and I couldn't stop myself from falling.... my arm is still a bit sore though, my knee is stinging me and my thigh too.... |

Yes, it was scary at the time, thank God I didn't bang my head but I was wearing a helmet anyway! I'm glad to say I'm feeling a bit better now, hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow... |

Glad you're ok. It's an awful feeling. The first fall is always the worst. Get back in the saddle straight away, only way to do it!
I came off my bike during a road race last year. Skin rash on my knee, thigh, elbow stomach and face but thankfully I had a helmet on. Oh and a car missed my head by about 2 foot!

I'm on the painkillers too here. Even had to cancel tonight's meet ffs.
We really deserve a good night out, don't we?
