I had one bottle of wine last night , wasn't really that d*unk, in bed around 12, so why do I feel like absolute turd this morning, feel like I'm about to spew at any moment, sympathy please!  |

It wasn't the wine. Must of been something you ate. Now phone into work and say you have a dodgy tummy and it must be that bug that's going about. Then take yourself to bed and relax till Ya feel better  |

Have you tried dioralites? (Not sure if they are spelt that way) I was introduced to them recently and they really do help with a hangover! You have my sympathy for your hangover but I'm jealous of you having a bottle of wine on a school night |

Sex really does get rid of a hangover headache other than that 2 pain killers a big bowl of heinz chicken and noodle soup with crusty bread seems to help a lot too |

I have some but they are out of date haha, I got a fry and a bottle of lucozade and now I feel amazing, I put it down to the fact I ate next to nothing yesterday, silly boobs! |
