I have seen and repaired a couple of sex toys in my time. Most are easy to fix. Its all only motors and wires. Alot are badly made and assembled and are quite expensive to buy. So heres my question. If i was to offer to have a look at your broken toys and fix what i can and return it to you would any of you be interested oerhaps or is this just a daft idea. I have an electronics and electrical background. I travel all over the country with work so can meet fix and return. The cost wud be small. Its just an idea ive been having for a while. Toys are expensive not because of the quality of whats in them its because of the taboo that still exists in buying them and only a certain number of sex shops. Anyway rant over. Your thoughts?? |

My toys are fine. I do think thats a goof idea though as who is going to walk into a place and ask can they fix it for you! Yes the taboo is there and you would spare peoples blushes!  |

Exactly katie hence buy new stuff all the time. Yes discreet post or i was thinking at a meet n greet when people get to know you and might be less shy they might ask you to have a look and advise if it can be fixed or bin it. Sometimes it can be a bad connection that can be fixed on the spot. I think people wud like to be repaired at an event like that rather than post away. At least they see and know who is fixing it and it isnt being taken away for some sort of fetish. People wud save a fortune. |

Maybe you should go to some meet and greets and let others know you will be there and they can bring stuff with them for a consultation. I must tell my friends |

its a very good idea.i know one woman who has broke burnt out a number of wands . the only snag could be insurance in case there's an injury resulting from use after repair etc
but a good idea non the less |

I purchased a vibrator one day... so excited... brought it home.. opened it up popped in batteries gave it a clean turned it on and away she went... had my first orgasm from it.. next thing.... bam... fuckin thing stopped working... i was ragin. I said no wayyyy am i throwing this away after payin mad money so i cleaned it up again and brought it back to shop and they changed it for a brand new one no problem!!!!  and that one is still working!!!  |
