Here mine - and nothing to do with sex
A friend built a house but in error it was 2 metres to closer to the road than what he was allowed to build. A planning officer was coming out to inspect - feared that he be told to knock down a new house - asked a friend for help. Cut 2 metres off the tape and rejoined it he was told. Failing that apply for retention.
Planning officer came out - got all the nice a ties out of the way. tea - coffee good choc biscuit wife dress sexy but nothing to much. Got the kids to be on the best of behaviour asking him all energy saving tips etc.Got planning office to hold his tape. Bingo passed with flying colours.
