I can't sleep so I'm torn between saying good night and hoping I get a couple of hours or saying good morning and just giving up on the idea of sleep at all

Poxy Thursday already for me. Fucking snoring keeping me awake all night then Fuckin kids gettin into my bed at stupid o'fucking clock.no a happy morning |

have you tried the e-cigs?I'm off them over a year from 30 a day.Still on the ecig but back running and cycling.  |

Tried them and hated them. Using the quick mist spray again. Worked before so hoping it work again |
