Two sides to it. If they are doing it of their own free will then I have no issues with this what so ever. The unfortunate thing is that most are being used and get little or nothing from doing it. I knew a load of escorts when I lived in the UK, I became friends with a high class one and ended up friends with loads.
They were the most beautiful looking women I have ever seen. None of them were "Physically" forced into it. There was no pimp there.

This isn't speaking from inexperience, but I like being able to tell there's mutual attraction when sleeping with someone.
