I'm doing a freind list clear out I do it regularly enough as I only like actual meets be it social or play to have access to my private pics. but I do however occasionaly accept pontential meets (so we can both have a nose) and if for any reason the meet doesn't happen I remove them from said list and maybe pop on the hotlist if a meet might be likely down the line. Doesn't mean I deslike the profile just keeping my own profile clean and tidy.
How would u feel if someone like me unfriended u for these reasons?? |

It's about staying in touch with people I'm chatting with or have chatted with in the past. It can be useful to see peoples status updates etc too so you know that ye may be close to each other (or are going to the same parties etc) as I've friends all over the country

Mine are actual friends I've met, potential meets I've chatted and select single guys who have earned my trust or i get on with so that I may call on them if ever another guy is needed. I never send friend requests to people I've not yet chatted.
If a profile catches my eye it goes on my hotlist. I may never message them but I'm kept up to date on what they're doing. If a opportunity presents itself to message them then I will. If we hit it off we become friends and I remove them from the hotlist (no need for double updates)
If after a while we haven't met and I get removed so be it, we can always add each other again in the future.
Also, my friends list is private cos it's nobody's business who I'm friends with.
That's basically how I use the site and it works for me. YRMV. |

My friend list is quite small, mostly people I've met. I got rid of the friend only pics as it only attracts too many random nosey creeps sending friend requests! |

Good point about the friend only pics.
Our list is tiny too and also hidden along with verifications I've been here long enough now to know I Dont need to sell our profile to get a decent meet its all about being ourselves so removing risks is what we are about now. |

We tend to go through our friends list first if we're thinking of organising a meet, at least then you've a lot less ing to do Don't think we'd be that offended if we got unfriended, unless of course it was someone we met and got on really well with |
