sweet n sour beef. It's being on the hob two days. It would be a shame to throw it out

For me, the second day, the food tastes better cause flavors blend better.

It had to be done and it didn't take too much persuasion. Tummy wont be the best at 7 when I get up in the morn.

If you reheat it to over 64 degree it be fine, any bacteria that may be growing is now dead, in future store in fridge

Agree with the sentiment but it kind of depends on how you store your culinary creation between cooking and eating
