hi guys ,
would be very grateful if anyone could help me out.
i just want to ask dose anybody know how much it cost to get a house build and roof on with out plaster or anything else?

have no plans yet but want to get a better knowledge and idea of what i am thinking of stepping into
so be it a two story or a bungalow would just love to hear |

Depends on where your building in the country material costs differ, the council will tell you whether it will be a single or two storey but the other option is go dormer. Builders have began to up there prices again due to work demand |

as i said don't have details just looking for a ruff idea ,
how much did it cost you guys to get that far in your house and just say how many stories ect |

I do most of the work myself so I only have material costs luckily  |

you need to give a lot more info than that. Is the site rural or urban? Floor area? Is site already serviced? 1 or 2 stories? Etc
