We have it there, and hardly anyone says it yet we still message back. Put it in when we first joined.
But when it is mentioned it shows that someone was interested enough in your profile to read it.
I don't think it's pretentious at all. I will always read a profile and have no issue putting their word in. |

Ah it is a little.I'm not saying people who write it on their profile are horrible or nasty but its a bit stuck up.you will always know if someone hasnt read ur profile by the mail they send.then its ur choice whether to continue the conversation.
I personally wouldn't write it on my profile but each to their own...  |

we put one on our profile for an experiment and it made no difference as only a few people have messaged with it in the subject bar,it doesnt make any difference to us . but the only thing it tells us is that older guys are the only ones to read our profile lol

I'm sure you are a lovely couple.there are plenty on here that have it on their profile and they have been some of the nicest people I've met.its no biggy.. As long as everyone is happy who cares really |
