How are we all this morning? ?
I'm rolling ... and I do mean rolling painfully outta bed thanks to the gym... even my boobs are sore from doing pull ups ( even with the machine  ) ... ah well, no pain, no gain!
So gluten free toast and banana and a big mug of tea for me what're you having for brekkie ?  |

bread eggs and milk beat eggs add drop of milk soak bread mixture and fry thats the most basic recipe for it there are many more fancy one look for them lol |
