Do you still love getting your body out...I have met a number of women and I have found that some lack this body confidence, I would just like to say enjoy your body with confidence and get it out...thoughts on this from others

I dress quite conservatively in everyday life as I also believe there's a time and place to show off my assetts , behind closed doors with my guy is a different story and getting more body confident on meets also.

that's what its all about...enjoy what you have and embrace what you have to give, body confidence is some thing that grows when you jump in that big pool of life

When I am in tip top shape I like to walk around in skimpy jocks flexin' in a Gandy type of way but at the moment in carrying a little timber so I just wear spanx and a vest.

I try and make the best of what I was given and I dress in a way that emphasises my best parts, and by that I don't mean I go around half naked. I don't do skimpy clothes in public.

I think body confidence grows as you become more comfortable with someone, that's only natural.

I'd imagine everyone has some body issues.

I have always believed in the fact that the way you judge yourself is by looking at what you don't like, however when others look and judge you they find what they love.....so its all about embracing what you know looks good, because that's how others will see you through there eyes, every one has sex appeal

perfectly put red. ..Im mostly in business /Conservative dress but in private its a different matter. I think as you get older you become much more accepting of your body and Its flaws

Definitely agree. I had a much better body in my 20's but I'm more confident now, or maybe I just don't feel the need to impress as much now, if a guy likes my body he likes it, if not, some other guy will!

nature makes us friendly....and we always find what we love and enjoy in an individual, as individuals we like to make others feel good and to feel happy, so embrace what you have

No issues with me happy with what I have some like my body some don't

once I'm healthy and content and can still get out and live a productive life

I will never have the best body in the world and I'm okay with that..

But I Rock what I got,

I strut about with the confidence of a Victoria Secret model...

(I do not think I look like one) And don't care what people say to me, I generally find people that are really mean and love to comment on my size tend to be the least confident...

If I don't love Me, Nobody else is Going too...

It's a shame that in our society, so much emphasis is placed on the need to have a "perfect" body in order for a woman to feel attractive / beautiful / valued. We live in a very fickle, judgemental world where we often fail to recognise the important values in people. If we changed that, so many people would value themselves more, and it would be especially evident with women having fewer hang ups over body image and being comfortable with their bodies and who they are.

Would badly affect the multi billion pound slimming trade, though!......

I may not have a perfect body, I've numerous flaws but I've learnt to embrace them and become more at ease with myself.
