England now have made revenge porn illegal which meansif u post any pics of ur ex on websites carrying out a sexual act a crime and now u canbe arrested for it and mite face a prison term.
Should Ireland do the same what do u think?. |

This could be harder policed then when you first look at it. Think of the depth you'd have to go through to prove they didn't have consent? Think there may be a few bitter ex's ruining a few lives in the near future. Sure after close investigation it could be worked out but after however long jobs could be lost, relationships ruined. What's stopping someone uploading a photo then saying it was there ex? Or someone else. Would be interesting to know the branches that spread off this tree. |
