I can't understand why people bullshit about there age when it's obvious by there photos or meeting in person that there alot older has any one else encountered this |

I went to do a social meet with a guy one night (thank goodness it was the long light nights lol) he was suppose to be 36 but when I pulled up he was sitting in his merc and turned out he was 63!!! Needless to say we never met again...not that Im not into older men... he wasnt my type.... but you guys can imagine the look on my face when I saw him lmao  |

If as you say you can tell from their pictures it should not be a problem. Just use the age you see in the picture .

True . If I don't see a picture including face it is no meet. Eliminates the dreamers or fakes Can usually a us most people out from a phone call. Fakes tend not to have phone numbers |

when I was a kid they used to tell me I look more mature then I really am.
these days they are silent when I tell them I am almost 40...

Its not just the older guys saying they are younger who are the fibbers! Younger guys put fake ages/date of birth at registration to obviously hav better access to profiles and then when ready to arrange a meet drop a bombshell telling u that they are 27. Im bloody old enuff to be his mother fgs! At least he had the decency to tell me b4 we met, phew!!  |

Yes life begins at 40 lol but mine really began at last year when I turned 47 and joined fab best year in a long time I'm turning 48 next week!    |

We lie when we're young to get drink and into pubs and clubs...
We lie when we're older so we won't be filtered out by the age filters on fab...

Of course I lie! I wouldn't stand a chance if it got out that I'm really 75, and it would be even worse if my real photos were released, showing me with a comb over and no teeth (although there must be some women who find a gummy smile sexy?) |

Be yourself why lie... If you have to do that the people your trying to attract are obviously not good enough in the first place to know you if you have to alter a part of who you are |

I'm older than my age says, but my pics are current. People usually think I am younger than I am.
When I join sites I wont put in my real date of birth in case the site gets hacked etc. So because I look younger I put it in a few months to a year younger than my actual date of birth.
Although I get what you mean about older people putting up photos from a few geerations ago etc. |

I tend to lie a few months more or less as I don't like adding my real DOB to any sites. When I turned 40 last year I lied about my age for a while, I guess I hoped it wasn't true lol. Nowadays I don't care about it. I look younger anyway. At least 1or 2 months for sure ha |
