Its a website you go to with your webcam on and it randomly connects you with someone else with a webcam for a private 1 on 1 chat. People used it for flirting, flashing and generally trying to pull the person you connecting to. We were addicted to it for a while, but it turned into 99% male wankcams in the end which made it a bit boring.
