Agreed, I read that thread yesterday and it's just so wrong, I can't honestly believe that people knowingly and consciously do that

Just read it since I can't sleep. Some people are into very strange things. There was a uk case a few yrs ago where some guy knowingly infected a few people and they brought him to court over it. Even if someone knows and agrees to contract any of the STIs, they could change their mind down the line when they realise it's not that great and you could get sentenced for it. The giver risks their freedom which is also quite stupid

"A condom doesn't protect against all sti's.I haven't been bareback in over 20 yrs and yes it really does not feel the same at all, bareback blowjobs and cuni are almost as unsafe as bareback penetration, this I have done. Also genital skin to skin contact alone can pass on some viruses. Some people on here actually do bareback anal, ffs.

Is it simply being greedy for a better orgasm ? Is it total stupidity? Is just tired of life and a self destruct thing?

By law if a person knowingly has HIV or AIDS and passes it on ,they can be charged and prosecuted for attempted murder.

The pro scene is much safer than the casual scene. Also some/most femdoms don't do sexual services apart from forced ejaculation(a rough handjob).

Ok,sometimes if ya haven't been tested in a long time or for some reason have been of the scene for a few yrs(faithful relationship)and have no physical symptoms and ya find yourself in a situation where there is a chance of a shag your gonna wrap up and go for it.

In my opinion,it's best to stay out of any situation with strangers where it might lead to any sexual contact at all.The best way and it is noted in romance and lust thruout history is to wait 6 weeks while you get to know a person. These days it's easy to demand a test beforehand and then trust your partner to be faithful.

Saying that, none of us are perfect and all of us are hypocrites.

Do remember the case in Germany a few years ago where a guy travelled over from the USA to engage in his particular fetish. To be killed and eaten by a guy.

The defence was the exchange of emails and plans etc which the two had gone into great detail about.

It's a mad mad world.

I'm not surprised by gift givers, or the likes. What surprises me on a continual basis is people who claim to be sti free because they got tested.

It takes a year to say you are sti free. A year of no sex or risky behavior.

For 3-4 months you cant even detect hiv. So unless you went without sex for 3-4 months before your test it's pretty much meaningless, it just means you didnt catch aids a year ago for sure, and its 99% sure you didnt catch it 3 months ago, but you could have it from the person you slept with last week, or it could still be hiding or you may have gotten a false negative.

Basically testing is good for your own health, you have to catch these things quickly, the quicker the better. Testing should not be used as a sign to others you are sti free, and used to negotiate unsafe sex.

HIV is growing in the bisexual community in Ireland, its steady in the gay community in Ireland and its close to epidemic rates in the african community in Ireland.

That means gay people are pro-active about their sexual health. Bi-sexual people are taking risks, and African people are bringing it to Ireland with them.

If you are involved in risky behavior, which swinging is, you must assume you are playing in the highest risk groups. You must assume that the person you are meeting has met an african born bisexual man who has had unprotected sex with a transexual from brazil who worked as a prostitute and offered bareback to clients.

Because when it comes to the lowest risk groups, straight irish born men and women. The ones in that group that catch hiv the most are ones that participated in risky behavior. For example they had a 3some, etc etc.

This goes for women too, women are catching hiv from other bisexual women. They sometimes forget to be clean with toys etc.

We are keen to always play safe and try our best to meet others who do. But about straight being safe we are on bi/gay websites and the amount on them who play bareback is unbelievable a lot of these men are on this site down as straight meeting a lot of women and couples so never 100% safe when meeting strangers for sex best we can all do is play safe ourselves and get tested regularly!

I get tested but not as regularly as I should I guess have been meaning to go again , been putting it off but silly not to get it done, not worth gambling with your health, no matter how safe you think you are nothing is ever 100 % safe.

It's quite idiotic to blame people of African decent for it. Yes we do have a higher chance of contracting it, and women have a higher chance of contracting STIs over men. Don't blame it on any particular race cause it's down to people's lack of awareness and unsafe sex

This is my main concern with all this, hence why we don't meet as frequent as some others. Make sure we're clean after one before meeting another so at least if it ever does show something, we'll know where it came from and only have 1 person to inform. However many they have to tell, is then not our problem! Haven't had any problems yet though so fingers crossed it stays that way!!!
