The preasure the banks.credit unions.and put u under its on real 4 folks.they should take a huge step back and slow down with the preasure. Last year i lost 2 very good mates over loans they had out and also lost there homes.i blame the likes of them 4 all this.not nice looking at ur mate wife and kids.loose there homes.and 2 top the whole fu..,ig of they then loose ther dads |

True True .. that's why it's important to have a great network of friends (in real life) that you can physically talk to and do stuff with.

There are special vigils been held all over Ireland today, if you can't make it but it has affected you in some way, get a balloon write a name on it light a candle and let balloon go it does help. Xxx

this is one topic that will have touched everyone in one way or an other and the more we talk about suicide and mental health the less people will feel the need to be embarrassed and bottle everything and in the end think they are left with only one option.
5 very close friends have killed them selves in recent years. 3 we will never know why as they left no notes just ended it all for no apparent reason. the one of the lads notes must have been in his wallet for a long time as it was discoloured but basically he blamed him self for all sorts of things and that he had not been happy since we where all kids hanging around.
if there is anyone reading this that is feeling depressed or suicidal remember there is nothing to be ashamed of in asking for help |

I've recently lost two friends in less than a year. Both fine good looking, popular young men. Everyone they knew were left devastated and numbed. We've had a fund raising night for Pieta House which was a great night. They are an outstanding worthy organisation that rely heavily on donations and volunteers. Suicide and depression should definitely be talked about more openly.

Hopefully awareness will help take away the taboo and stigma attached.
Change is needed and will hopefully come one day
I'm not alone and still struggle but hopefully everyday it will get better |
