Just would like some ideas please."

if you cant sell you, no on else is going to....
you start listening to everyone elses suggestions, in effect, the profile isn't you... its a mish mash of what you think people want to hear!!
something the easiest solutions are the best..... so sit down with a pen, pad, and think about what you want to put across
