Missing my dead lifting
but left my old gym because it's gone cross fit and stopped doing the circuts.i did try for a while but I hated the cross fit. . To fast and competitive for me... so joined a new one but it's not opening until Sept. . So just had a wee holiday lol.... I know it's so gonna hurt but looking forward to that strangely nice pain that's says" that was hard but I did it!" |
