it's a sachet of powder u pour it into the water there cheap u get loads in a pack I always give them to the kids wen there sick gives them a little boost has loads of stuff in it u would be lacking from not eating

As I used to be a heavy drinker lol only one cure that's have few brandys nd port nice nd slowly I used have ice with mine but up to you nd 3 or 4 beers

Ok well i grew the balls too have another beer it killed me going down now on me 3rd fuk it il see me doctor when i get back to ireland on tuesday lol |

**** update *** himself has to go for surgery he is suffering from a stomach hiatal hernia il let u know more when i hear but hes ok thats the main thing thank you everybody who gave us tips and advice

Just out of op fukin hell this crap happens too the best of us and why in gods name it happened while im on me holidays  but im good lads an thanks too all who gave me tips an advice i never new that it was that bad ah well no more booze cruises for me so lol |
