We want to assure people that this event is still taking place

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to change the venue , so if you have been contacted by the hotel please get in touch for the new location and booking detail's

just a question are people going to change their rooms to the new location or just go to the event in the new location and back to the orignal location to "sleep"

I'm after bookin in the new one I'll wait to see what everyone else is doin before I decide there's not many rooms left in the new one so I booked jus incase

me too i have a few days to cancel either one so ill see where most are staying and cancel the other but i think ill stay in the new one less hassle of getting back to my bed

When digger said in his post earlier that the hotel will contact you about booking details I'm thinking the hotel themselves may have rooms booked 'elsewhere' for those booked in the original venue. Just my 'take' on it anyway.

some people book the hotel on a special rate just for this event and now with it being canceled the hotel will have to contact people to tell them its not going ahead

we will party on ..just different venue only up the road x...we feel really bad but its out of our control at least we have a new venue now ...hate letting anyone down....onwards and upwards for a fab nite woohoo
