Works sometimes between that and playin pet rescue one usually works or I jus knock everything off and lie in pitch black eventually I'll fall asleep or I'll start playin games again till 6 or 7

If I can't sleep I watch a soccer game. It's like a visual equivalent of counting sheep jumping a gate in my head. That boring sh*t puts me to sleep straight away!!

Oh make sure you turn the volume down though as the gang of guys singing a 'song' badly and totally out of unison is very distracting...
