Why is it when you "say right thats it im giving up the smokes" do you then go and eat the fkn things like the world is ending.i have over smoked this day   |

Hehe that's the same as ' right thats it Im goin on a diet' and then eat all the bad things from the cupboard and fridge, so that when the diet starts ur not tempted!!

Get one of those electronic cigarettes I gave up cigs six weeks ago on these dont miss cigs as they still give you nicotine but no other rubbish you get with cigs Mr P |

I gave up in February ... Best think I ever did ... You will feel so much better and in a few months u will look back and wonder why u thought it was going to be hell.... Good luck hun |
