Start off with a well lubed finger first,wearing a diposable latex glove or covered in a condom then guide your partner to your prostate and try varying amounts of pressure and movement.Just remember the rectum is delicate and it is recomended to use a silicone based lube.Douching the rectum too beforehand is mre pleasant.I'll never look a a purple marigold the same way again.  |
