Rejection does it affect u after a while.

just thought i put this out there when ur single for a while and looking for fun for example and your constantly been rejected even tho ur putting massive efforts in does it really efect your confidence? r do u do a me and say NEXT please.What do people think and how do handle it.?. |

I suppose it could, for me is the abuse, there was times where i was close to delete account but then friends here gave me great advice and told me to ignore the assholes and so should you, plenty of women here to choose from

It can wreck your confidence if you let it, just remain positive and think they were not ment to be for you and move on. Love yourself and others will follow suit |

I get rejected a lot, too many tattoos, not skinny enough yadda yadda.
I could let it get to me, or alternatively I can just refuse to let strangers on the internet define my mood and concentrate on others who may want to meet me!! |

Isn't it the nature of a site like this that you will get rejections at some stage. I think if you hold yourself in high regard it doesn't matter if you are rejected.
I do think that some however personalise it and don't deal with it very well. It will not damage you if you do not take it to heart , as the saying goes there is a lid for every saucepan.
Some too internalise and it drives them to do things that are downright bad minded but when they do that its only their hurt showing and they are only hurting themselves in the long run.  |

Point taken but I could well see how continuous rejection, messages ignored/deleted would get to you after a while as a male here though. Thick skin (and no pre-existing self esteem issues) required for the guys I suppose..  |
