... had a really annoying stiff one, every time I stand up, every time I sit down, it's just so annoying. I don't know what to do, even going to the toilet is annoying. I went for I lie down earlier and even tried to massage it to see if it would release some tension, but still nothing. It's still throbbing away and no matter what I do it just won't go away!

Has anyone any suggestion for a stiff neck?

I run a roasting hot bath earlier thinking that would help, must try something cold on it.

You need to get a wheat cushion and a bag of peas for such occasions

They are like a long cushion shape, filled with wheat and often lavender. You heat them in the microwave and they stay warm

Add 2cups Epsom salts to hot bath n soak 20 mins. It I'll help to soak a wash cloth while w the mix n apply to aching neck.

Massage always helps.

You can also make a moist heat compress with a hand towel. Wet with water and squeeze out, stick in microwave for a minute. Be careful it will be hot. Roll in a dry towel and apply to the area. If you have essential oils you can add them too. I always have lavender and pepermint in my medicine cabinet. Just be sure to use pure essential oils. N be careful not to get near your eyes.

Feel better! K ( her)

My feet are exceptionally ticklish. I once accidentally kicked a masseuse who touched mine.

Would vegetable oil be classed as an essential oil? It's certainly essential for cooking chips..
