There is also the possibility that they forgot they were talking to you, it does happen like, doesn't mean they are up their own arse, sometimes it is hard to keep track of messages. |

the phone may have rung, someone at the door, the boss asked them to come to a meeting right away, the husband or wife arrived home..... etc
I prefer too if someone tells me they have to go now, but it's only emails and not live chat. So never expect an immediate reply. |

I find it happens a lot with "unverified" and/or "female" profiles just at the moment when the agree to swap phone numbers for a phone call so they can prove they're genuine.....then *poof* they're gone....

Are we talking about the chat room or messages, because fair enough, chat is chat, but messages are hardly ideal for instant gratification. If I have a spare minute I might pop in and read messages, but I might not have time to reply until later, or I could be in the process of replying and not have time to finish it. I'm sure that's already been said though. |

And then write here people they have verified each other even though they have each other never seen .. [ seen in some last postings] ... with the result that on end of the day verifications are not a guarantee .....funny that. |
