It's an app, called Run Pee that tells you when during a film you can safely go for a pee without missing a crucial part.

I think it's primarily designed for cinema goers.

I fondly remember 10min breaks in the cinemas, stocking up on ice cream and the sorts

You know what, we visited a cinema out in the sticks at Christmas & the cinema still had an intermission half way through complete with ushers selling ice cream & sweets a bar selling drinks!

I was at one in the sticks too last weekend but there was no intermission, they sold only warm fizzy drinks and the seats were wooden lol

Having worked in a cinema in my youth, the reason for this was probably necessity more than anything else. reels can only get so big, and if the film is a long one it would have to split onto two. the my have the intermission to switch reels.

as for the app, now that you've explained it, i remember hearing something about it.....it takes all sorts i suppose!

This cinema you went to was it set in the 1920s lol

But actually I do remember that myself.. before the big multi cinema chains came along with their giant drinks n popcorn boxes a homeless man could live in.

Bring back the good old days

That apps no good for me..

If I need to go I just whip it out..and wee on the head of who ever sitting in front. Lol
