I don't really. Learned years ago, a little stress keeps you on your toes. Granted, you can have too much. But, if there's nothing you can do about it, fuck it. If there's something you can do about it, do it. If 6 days a week you can be constructive, give yourself a day off! |

Saw his wife and kid in the garden - knew then it was time to give up the motor cycling. I used to be a fellow bike owner myself but could so relate to this story |

Excerise and out on the bike seems to be right up there. Doing things on ur own is very popular no matter what it doing.
Any 1 got any weird 1s on how to de stress. |

Yep. I come up with my best ideas when out running. It's a great anti depressant too |
